A seat mount is primarily a safety-relevant component, and we have designed it as such. Each of components has undergone FEM simulation to ensure safety as the primary concern, followed by weight optimization.

Features:

• Achieve the lowest possible and a centered seating position in front of the steering wheel.
• The cutouts and the shape of the components are not chosen arbitrarily but are based on the results of calculations and simulations of stress distributions under load conditions.
• Less mounting material, less effort, smooth installation, with maximum utilization of the available space.
• Pre-measurement of the installation space using a 3D laser scanner.
• Reduction of lever arms between the mounting points, resulting in lower torque loads on the components.
