Our intercooler has core dimensions of 520mmx210mmx130mm (11,750 cm³) and offers an amazing 85% larger flow area and an impressive 60% more charge air volume compared to the factory intercooler. Feel the increased power and improved acceleration. Our high performance intercooler core is characterized by a high quality Tube Fin core with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the entire intercooler weighs only 6.6 kg. The end boxes are made of high-quality cast aluminium and have been optimized with the help of flow analyses in the CFD system. Our intercooler minimizes the back pressure compared to the standard intercooler and thus ensures optimum performance. All our intercoolers are equipped with an anti-corrosion coating that ensures long-lasting and optimal cooling. Our kit is completely ready to install and allows for easy replacement with the factory intercooler - a true plug-and-play experience. You can continue to use the original charge air hoses. Now with parts certificate for many vehicles to ensure registration and legal safety.
