With impressive intercooler core dimensions of 620mm x 440mm x 65mm and an external charge air volume of 17.7 liters (compared to OEM's 9 liters), this high performance intercooler ensures optimal cooling of the supercharged air.

Our newly developed Competition high-performance core (Tube Fine) not only enables outstanding cooling performance, but also ensures sufficient airflow for adjacent components such as the water cooler. At the same time, the intercooler remains lightweight, weighing just 9.2 kg in total. The cast aluminum end boxes have been optimized using CAD technology and CFD simulations to achieve optimum internal airflow. An integrated air guide in the end box ensures even filling of the Competition high-performance intercooler core.

With an inlet and outlet diameter of Ø70 mm, this intercooler offers significantly lower backpressure compared to the standard intercooler. In addition, all of our intercoolers feature a high-quality anti-corrosion coating, which not only ensures protection against environmental influences, but also has superior heat conduction properties. This provides a lasting and optimal cooling effect with a noticeable increase in performance.
